Science on Stage Italy: Training event on the SDGs

On the 15th and 16th of September, Science on Stage Italy together with Iprase, offered the training event "The Objectives of the 2030 Agenda in STEM Education" in Rovereto, Italy. During this two-day event, 60 STEM teachers of all school levels had the opportunity to learn more about the idea of the agenda as well as the teaching material "Act Now for the UN Sustainable Development Goals", the digital teaching material on the SDGs, created by teachers. Some of the workshops offered covered units of the teaching material, such as "Climapse" or "The 3 Rs". Further, some authors of the material were present: Johannes Almer (Germany) Anders Floren (Sweden) Marco Nicolini (Italy) and Maria Zambrotta (Italy). Giovanni Pezzi, the main representative of Science on Stage Italy, presented Science on Stage to the audience.

At the end of the event, the participants were handed a printed booklet that contained a concise description, in Italian, of the SDG units.
